Effective date: July 14, 2026

Vectras provides engineering intelligence for AI-native software teams by connecting Jira, GitHub, and Claude Code activity into a unified delivery dashboard. This policy explains what data Vectras processes and how it is used.

Information We Collect

  • Account information such as name, email address, and authentication identifiers.
  • Workspace and integration metadata from Jira, GitHub, and Claude Code, including issue keys, task summaries, pull request metadata, check status, deployment status, event timestamps, and actor names.
  • Operational logs required to secure, debug, and operate the Vectras service.

How We Use Information

  • To provide the Vectras dashboard, timelines, integration health, and task-level delivery intelligence.
  • To authenticate users, protect production APIs, process signed provider events, and maintain service reliability.
  • To troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and improve the product experience.

Integration Data

  • Jira access is used to read issue, project, user, and webhook information that a connecting user authorizes.
  • GitHub access is used to read repository, pull request, check, status, deployment, release, and webhook metadata that a connecting user or organization authorizes.
  • Claude Code hook events are limited to operational activity metadata sent by the installed repository hook. Vectras does not intentionally collect source code contents through the Claude Code hook.

Sharing and Sale

  • Vectras does not sell personal data.
  • Vectras does not share customer integration data with third parties except service providers needed to host, secure, monitor, and operate the product.

Security and Storage

  • Vectras runs on AWS production infrastructure. Integration secrets and OAuth tokens are stored using AWS managed secret storage and are not exposed to the frontend.
  • Production ingress paths require authentication or signed webhook verification before data is accepted.
  • Access to production operations is restricted to authorized owner accounts.

Retention and Deletion

  • Vectras keeps workspace and integration data while an account or workspace remains active.
  • Authorized users may disconnect providers or request deletion of workspace data by contacting Vectras.
  • Provider access can also be revoked from Jira, GitHub, or the local Claude Code hook configuration.
